How do you pay?
Typically Zelle/ACH/wire/check depending on size and preference.
Do you need ID?
Yes. We verify ID and provide a receipt for every purchase.
Do you do mail-in?
Optionally. For trust, we prefer a live-video sealing process and recorded opening/testing.
Do you buy diamonds/gems?
We evaluate stones case-by-case. Some pieces are worth more intact than melt.
